2. How do I log in to My Account? Just click on the My Account link and log into your account using your Access Number and Password.
3. My email address has changed, and I've lost my Access Number and Password. If your email address on file is no longer active or correct, and you can't login to the My Account facility to update it because you have lost your Access Number and/or Password, use the Change Email Address form to have Centre For Best Practice modify your email address.
If you have lost your Access Number and Password, use the "Forgotten your User Name or Password?" link on the "My Account" log in page.
5. How do I change my password? To change your account password for the Centre for Best Practice account management, you can either login to "My Account" and change your details or if you have lost your Access Number or password then you should use the 'Forgotten your Access Number or password?' which can be found on the 'My Account' login page.
This will send an email to your email address containing a link to change the password for your account.
